Conversational AI Platform
At Gridspace, I lead design for a voice platform that allow teams to create, deploy, and manage AI voice agents at scale. The platform includes agent-building tools and operational contact center features that support analytics, QA, and deployment.
I work as the sole product designer on an engineering-led team. With no dedicated product manager and evolving requirements, I partnered closely with engineers to define user workflows, system boundaries, and interaction models.
